Role Overview:
As an ERP Integration Consultant based in Philippines COE, you will bridge the gap between Workday, NetSuite ERP and other business systems for internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations that optimize business processes and data flow across platforms. You will play a key role in optimizing our Workday and NetSuite, ensuring these platforms operate harmoniously with the rest of our technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex integrations that sync Project and Resource data from Workday PSA to NetSuite for financial consolidation.
• Build automated workflows that ensure time-tracking and billable expenses in Workday PSA flow into NetSuite’s AR and Revenue Recognition modules without manual intervention.
• Utilise Workday Studio to handle sophisticated error-handling and data transformation (XSLT) between disparate schemas.
• Ensure integrations handle multi-currency, multi-entity (subsidiary) logic, and global tax requirements across both platforms.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations using NetSuite's integration tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, etc.)
• Configure and implement NetSuite connectors for common platforms (e.g., Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, payment gateways)
• Create detailed technical documentation for all integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to clients for maintaining integrations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Workday and NetSuite ERP implementation and customization
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and frameworks (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in NetSuite integration tools, especially SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and RESTlets
• Experience with at least one ETL/iPaaS platform (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, Jitterbit)
• Working knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with common business systems that integrate with NetSuite and Workday PSA
• NetSuite and Workday certifications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
