The Esports Event Co-ordinator will join the Esports team to deliver industry-leading experiences to our players, guests, fans and customers at esports events around the world. Reporting to the Head of Esports Events Esports, this role will play a key part in delivering events that enhance the Williams Esports brand experience and reputation. This role will be primarily based on-site at Grove, with the option to work some days from the London office.
Main Duties:
- Planning, co-ordination and delivery of Williams Esports external events taking place around the world, including fan zones and other fan engagement events, partner events, esports tournaments, and others
- Provide comprehensive, innovative and cost-effective proposals for all event briefs
- Manage the logistics of the sim racing hardware and software used at external events, including keeping up to date records of any maintenance required
- Manage a network of suppliers and contractors around the world, for storage, transportation and execution of simulators at events
- Preparation of event materials including event plans and health and safety documents.
- Supporting with hands-on, front-of-house event and guest management where required
- Supporting the Esports team with activity as required for partner events, driver training sessions and boot camps, media & sponsor events, and content production
- Liaise with wider Williams team, third party agencies and suppliers, building strong working relationships and managing output.
- Supporting the wider Events, Experience Centre and STEM teams as required
- Acts as a brand champion, ensuring the Williams brand is represented correctly and consistently across all content output.
- May require flexible and unsociable working hours and some travel, depending on the event calendar and team requirements

Qualifications and Experience Level:
- Relevant qualification in Events or related subject e.g. Marketing/Hospitality is advantageous but not essential
- 3+ years working within the events industry
- Knowledge of sim racing is advantageous but not essential
