As an Esports Operations Coordinator for Fnatic, you’ll manage operational, administrative, and logistical aspects of our professional esports teams based in Berlin (currently Valorant and League of Legends). You’ll play a key part in driving standards, establishing strong processes, and creating an optimal team environment that supports peak performance and Fnatic success.

Your mission is to:Oversee the operational, administrative, and logistical aspects of Fnatic’s Berlin based professional esports teams (League of Legends and Valorant)Collaborate with Team Directors of assigned teams to align operational plans and strategies with performance goalsTravel to tournaments and events as required (including internationally), providing on-the-ground operational supportCoordinate the smooth execution of practice schedules, player access/media commitments, and other team-related activitiesAct as the central point of contact for team players and staff membersSupport central Esports management to implement a unified Fnatic approach to team operations and ensure alignment with wider organisational objectivesEnsure Fnatic colleagues stay up to date on key title developmentsManage Gear/Apparel and other product supply needs for both teams, collaborating with relevant stakeholdersSupport successful execution of marketing activations involving Berlin-based team membersProactively identify and resolve operational challenges, promptly addressing inquiries and concernsFoster a positive team environment; assisting with player onboarding, integration, and well-being initiativesSupport execution of People Operations processes as they relate to team members; such as payroll and benefits administrationContinuously seek opportunities to improve our Berlin performance facility infrastructure and services, and support day to day facility managementLiaise with external partners, and event/tournament organisers as neededLead ad-hoc Pro-Gaming projects as defined by your managerWe're looking for:Understanding of team operations and drive to work in an elite competitive environmentMeticulous organisation and track record of improving outcomes through processSuperior communication skills combined with a collaborative mindset to relate to people of all backgroundsDesire to immerse yourself within the esports ecosystem and learn the nuances of different titlesWillingness to travel and coordinate activities across multiple timezonesFamiliarity with a range of standard commercial and legal documentsDrive and a high standard of professionalismTech-savviness, able to quickly become a power user of our key work tools (we use Google Workspace, Notion and Slack)Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German, other languages desirableDiversity, Equity & Inclusion: #AlwaysFnatic
