BLAST is looking for a Programme Coordinator to facilitate the day-to-day operations within the Ecosystems team in Berlin, Germany.

We work with some of the world’s best game publishers and brands to elevate their properties into amazing esports experiences - including: Counter-Strike, Rainbow Six, Rocket League, DOTA 2 and Fortnite.

Employment Type: 9-month fixed term contract (with potential for extension).

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Efficiently manage multiple projects across various teams with fluctuating deadlines.
• Act as a reliable liaison between onsite personnel and other departments such as broadcast production and commercial teams.
• Proficiently handle a diverse range of administrative tasks, including paperwork management.
• Assist in ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of productions.
• Contribute to process optimization and team success.
  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Providing administrative support to the Programme Director.
• Creating and managing call sheets, production schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinating internal resources and external vendors.
• Assisting in budget administration and cost tracking.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery.

• Fluent in both German and English.
