The Team

You’ll be a key member of our Berlin‑based studio team, working across live broadcasts and tournaments while collaborating closely with internal departments and our publisher to deliver seamless, high‑quality productions. You’ll be joining a fun, collaborative, and welcoming local team, while also becoming part of the wider BLAST culture.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Event Coordinator to support the daily operations of our BLAST studio events. This role is essential in ensuring our shows run smoothly, from vendor coordination to ticketing, invoicing, and onsite logistics. You’ll work closely with production, operations, and external partners to make sure every event is delivered with clarity, care, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Vendor & Management

• Oversee day-to-day vendor coordination, including communication, deliverables, and onsite support
• Support in managing purchase orders, invoices, and cost tracking
• Ensure all vendor documentation is compliant with BLAST standards

Event Operations

• Support daily studio event operations
• Handle ticketing shop setups, distribution, and attendee communication
• Maintain clear onsite workflows, ensuring crew and audience experience runs smoothly
• Provide operational support across rehearsals, show days, and post-event wrap-ups

Logistics & Travel

• Support in managing ad-hoc travel bookings for event crew when needed
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, and itinerary updates in alignment with event schedules

Administrative & Cross-Team Support

• Maintain event documentation, schedules, and operational checklists
• Support the Event Manager with planning, reporting, and inter-team communication
• Assist with general studio needs during the event cycle

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years working in Event Production, hospitality, or a related field
• Languages: English fluency required; German is a huge plus to liaise with local vendors
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends and late evenings
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, calm under pressure
• Excellent communicator - clear, kind, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work onsite consistently in a fast-paced studio environment
• Familiarity with esports or live broadcast operations is a bonus, not a requirement
