SUMMARY
The Executive and Personal Assistant “Assistant” is responsible for providing administrative and departmental support to the Chief Executive Officer of BSE Global. The Assistant will be expected to use independent judgment to organize and prepare collateral, prepare and edit correspondence, manage incoming correspondence and special requests as well as provide administrative support to the executives. The Assistant must become familiar with all employees and be current with ongoing company projects. Th Assistant should always be five steps ahead, thinking proactively and suggesting new ways to contribute while maintaining a positive attitude. The Assistant will work as a duo with another Assistant in the Office of the CEO.

$80,000 - $100,000 base salary
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work primarily in an office environment but will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
