"Meet the Press with Kristen Welker,” the longest-running television show in history, is looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional research skills and attention to detail. This person should have a demonstrated passion for politics and a professional initiative to support the brand across its platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Moderator and Executive Producer with scheduling and expenses
• Support team with administrative coordination and planning
• Book travel as needed
• Produce guest research and write questions for “Meet the Press” Moderator and Producers
• Generate and pitch show ideas and program guests
• Assist with show production, including graphics and tape elements, as needed
• Assist with broadcast guests
• Assist with show transcription efforts
• Produce content for show website and social media platforms
• Work closely with Executive Producer, Moderator, Senior Producer, and Producers
• Effectively collaborate with show staff
