You will join Voodoo's Ad Network team, which is part of the Engineering & Data department. Our Ad Network project is a crucial initiative, connecting advertisers in real-time with mobile apps that want to host advertisements. Role Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs to support our Ad Network.Collaborate with internal departments to integrate backend solutions with various platforms and services.Optimize performance and scalability of existing backend systems to handle ever-growing data and user load.Ensure the highest level of security, availability, and reliability of backend services.Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.Must havesOver 4 years of professional experience as a backend engineer.Experience building and scaling highly-available systems.Proven experience with software engineering best practices such as design patterns, code reviews, unit and integration testing, monitoring, observability, etc.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and deal with change.Pragmatic, adaptable, and result-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
