• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic
• Design, 8 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training. Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
• Master at translating insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
• Master visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
• Master of design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
• Master of apparel product creation. Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and comfortable working within Digital tools/3D Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will be responsible for conceptualizing narratives across Branded & Signature Basketball apparel through Graphic Visual Centers and Presentations. A typical day/week consists of working closely with your apparel design teammates to ensure we’re creating the future of sport across Branded & Signature Basketball.
