You will lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth for F1 TV. Oversee analytics initiatives across commercial, product, and marketing functions, ensuring data is leveraged effectively to enhance performance and fan engagement. F1 TV is a premier sports streaming service, delivering live and on-demand content to fans globally. As Data Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business value through data.
You will be responsible for shaping the analytics roadmap, ensuring high-quality insights, and embedding data into decision-making processes across the organisation. The role requires someone who can blend technical expertise (SQL, data modelling) with strong business acumen (subscription economics, forecasting, marketing/product impact), while being able to manage agencies, and communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders. Success in this position will be determined by the implementation of comprehensive analytical solutions to provide valuable insights critical in the data-driven decision-making process. Main Duties and Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert on subscription data, consumption metrics, reporting methodologies and revenue forecasting.
About You 5+ years in analytics role – client or agency side Experience working with subscription model businesses Deep understanding of subscription models and recurring revenue dynamics, including how they influence performance and strategy Exposure to forecasting and FP&A analytics, with the ability to support financial planning even if not a core specialism Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling, with the ability to work across large datasets and complex structures Strong capability dashboard design, with a focus on usability, clarity and performance Experience managing third-party agencies, delivering high-quality outputs under senior stakeholder scrutiny Strong and pragmatic problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in uncertain environments and maintain a solution-oriented mindset Storytelling abilities through data Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Why join the force behind the sport?
