POSITION SUMMARY
The Fan Engagement Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional matchday and community experiences, supporting the planning and execution of fan-facing activations for Seattle Sounders FC & Seattle Reign FC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live, fast-paced environments and is energized by engaging directly with fans.
Success in this position requires more than a passion for events. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and confident operating in dynamic settings—able to make sound decisions under pressure, manage competing priorities, and pivot quickly as plans evolve. They are comfortable serving as a point of contact on-site, using good judgment to resolve issues in the moment while knowing when to escalate.
This individual brings a strong sense of ownership, remains engaged when challenges arise, and consistently demonstrates club values such as Extraordinary Communicator, Trusted Teammate, and Gritty.
