Get Golfing CIO, a sports charity organization that supports struggling English golf facilities, is seeking an experienced F&B Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. As an F&B Hospitality Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train F&B staff, ensuring they provide a high standard of service to customers.
• Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors' activities and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
