THE ROLE: 

Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences. 

We’re looking for a Feed Assurance Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing Feed Assurance team from the ground up. You’ll ensure timely, accurate, and consistent monitoring of live sports data feeds while shaping the team’s culture, structure, and performance standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with operational awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build, lead, and support the Feed Assurance team in monitoring, validating, and escalating sports data feed issues

• Manage workloads to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational feed issues, troubleshooting and coordinating resolutions

• Investigate and document feed outages, delays, or discrepancies, ensuring clear reporting

• Liaise with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve issues and share insights

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and structured feedback to analysts, driving performance and development

• Monitor provider performance, analyzing service quality to identify risks and trends

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior operational role (sports data, live ops, or similar)

• Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance management

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident making data-driven decisions in real time

• Excellent communication skills for client-facing updates and cross-team coordination

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and SLA compliance
