We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager, based in our office in Madrid, to take on a key role focusing on our regional marketing activities across Switzerland, Germany, and other European markets. This position is central to how we activate our brand locally, support our commercial teams, and ensure our marketing efforts translate into awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will work closely with both our marketing team and regional sales teams to ensure go-to-markets (GTMs) are adapted to local needs and deliver real impact.
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking full ownership of planning, executing, and optimising integrated GTMs across digital and in-person channels. You will focus on the activities that create the most impact in your region, while connecting local market insights back to our broader marketing and sales organisation.
