We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the London office (Old Street). This role is apart of the Client Turst team and is responsible for processing and reconciling all incoming deposit and outgoing payments (checks, wires, and ACHs) for our clients’ shows.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Processing incoming client trust payments after determining that payment is accurate. Electronic payments are processed three times a week and deposits are processed daily
  • Communicating and facilitating resolutions that deal with payment inaccuracies
  • Maintaining data integrity within various shared accounting documents
  • Reconciling accounting deposit logs with Cloud deposit logs
  • Leveraging company-wide resources to investigate ambiguous payments and receipts

Requirements

  • Experience within an Accounting role is ideal
  • Previous background in music accounting preferred
  • Work requires excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Excel is required
