Join our dynamic and growing team as a Finance Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting key initiatives in finance and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.
• Assist with the processing of vendor invoices.
• Support payment runs for various modes of payment.
• Help with bank clearing and vendor reconciliations.
• Contribute to the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
• Assist with statutory filing obligations and responding to queries from auditors.
• Provide support in reviewing and validating refunds or reimbursements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
• Handles tasks independently and within a tight deadline.
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work

• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
