We are currently seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role (min. 1 year)
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all the payment runs for the studios in UK. Working with Citibank banking platform and using NetSuite and Open Legacy.
• Accurately recording all bank transactions in NetSuite.
• Responsible for managing intercompany invoices and payments accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely recording of transactions, conduct reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain knowledge of intercompany billing processes and policies.
• Conduct bank reconciliation using NetSuite.
