Let's Start with the Role:

We're looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team! As the Financial Controller, you'll be a central liaison between the department and the Finance division.

As a Financial Controller (Corporate Communications) you will:

• Monitor the day-to-day Financial operations of the Corporate Communications Department
• Oversee the spending cycle of the department, processing and monitoring Contracts & Agreements, POs and invoicing 
• Integrated within the Corporate Communications Department you will act as an agent a facilitator of both Finance and Buying teams 
• Responsible for reporting, measuring and contributing to the business plans, with an eye on improving performance and achieving strategic initiatives. 
• Assist on the operating and financial plan required to achieve management’s strategic plan and work closely with key internal stakeholders 
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and propose cost-efficiencies
• Prepare quarterly reports and analysis including explanations, corrective actions and insights as agreed with business, aligning  

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a FP&A/ Reporting / Controlling function.
• Good analytical skills gained through finance education and good understanding of reporting processes structure and systems.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written.
• Computer literate and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: writing macros, creating pivot tables, graphs and charts
• Experience with ERP systems and planning Tools 
• Strong communication skills, team player
