Let's Start with the Role:

We're looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team! As the Financial Controller, you'll be a central liaison between the department and the Finance division.

As a Financial Controller (Corporate Communications) you will:

Monitor the day-to-day Financial operations of the Corporate Communications Department
Oversee the spending cycle of the department, processing and monitoring Contracts & Agreements, POs and invoicing
Integrated within the Corporate Communications Department you will act as an agent a facilitator of both Finance and Buying teams
Responsible for reporting, measuring and contributing to the business plans, with an eye on improving performance and achieving strategic initiatives.
Assist on the operating and financial plan required to achieve management’s strategic plan and work closely with key internal stakeholders
Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and propose cost-efficiencies
Prepare quarterly reports and analysis including explanations, corrective actions and insights as agreed with business, aligning

What you’ll bring

Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
3+ years of relevant work experience in a FP&A/ Reporting / Controlling function.
Good analytical skills gained through finance education and good understanding of reporting processes structure and systems.
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written.
Computer literate and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: writing macros, creating pivot tables, graphs and charts
Experience with ERP systems and planning Tools
Strong communication skills, team player
