Responsibilities 

• Prepare technical accounting analyses and memorandums in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Maintain and support the Company’s significant accounting policies.
• Research, document, and present technical accounting conclusions and related accounting positions.
• Partner with the Director of Corporate Accounting to ensure technical accounting conclusions and significant accounting policies are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and related footnote disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Monitor and evaluate new and proposed accounting standards issued by the SEC and FASB to assess potential impacts on the Company’s financial reporting.

Key Competencies 

• Technical Accounting & Financial Disclosure
• Accurate and Timely SEC Filings
• Internal Control Certifications
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and audit processes

Required Experience 

• 7–9 years of experience in technical accounting and/or financial reporting
• Prior public accounting experience at a Big 4 or national accounting firm
• Active or inactive CPA license from any U.S. state
• Experience working with SEC registrants/public companies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Experience using Workiva preferred

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus: $110,000

Location: Onsite, Las Vegas, NV, USA
