OVERVIEW:

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Firstline Technical Support to join our operations team. The successor will be assisting the entire Gymshark staff and the facilities in which they operate through providing the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Gymshark. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users through ticketing system 
• Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, remotely and in real life 
• Triaging and resolving hardware & software issues
• Setting up and maintaining computer systems
• Setting up and deploying equipment for new business starters 
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory
• Providing and documenting technical procedures and solutions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Strong technical knowledge in computer hardware, software and networks
• Technical knowledge of the latest Windows and Mac Operating Systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and SLA’s
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:

• Mobile device management with either Jamf or Intune 
• Being an effecting team player with project
• Have experience working with other subdivisions of technology 

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
