<div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;">We're looking for a <strong>Fitness</strong> <strong>Content & Operations </strong>to help <strong>Buddyfit</strong> continuing expanding in the online fitness market in Italy and Spain.</span></div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;">In this role you will <strong>develop</strong> and <strong>manage</strong> <strong>relationships</strong> with our personal trainers, set up the <strong>content strategy</strong> for the App (classes and programs) and insights to offer on our platform.  You will be responsible of managing fitness classes for what concerns the Italian and Spanish Market. </span></div><div style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;">We need people with <strong>passion</strong>, <strong>motivation</strong>, <strong>creativity</strong>, and a strong attitude to achieve our challenging and rapidly evolving daily tasks. <ul style="list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px; padding-left: 10px;"><li style="font-size:14px;">Manage the <strong>organisation and strategy of the Fitness Content production </strong>for  the Italian and Spanish market, it includes: set up the strategy and plan the release of the contents, schedule the recordings of the classes, organise the transfers, contract the personal trainers.</li><li style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Analyse feedbacks</strong> received and come up with <strong>solutions</strong> to provide the best service to our customer.</li><li style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Analysis and interpretation of the data</strong> in order to keep improve the contents and strategy.</li><li style="font-size:14px;">Manage <strong>Operating Tasks</strong> on a daily basis.</li><li style="font-size:14px;">Work <strong>cross-functionally with the Brand and Marketing</strong> teams to complete support tasks.</li></ul>

<ul style="list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 20px; padding-left: 10px;"><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;">Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Sports Management or related fields, if you have similar professional experience it should be great!</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;">Be <strong>passionate about the fitness world</strong> and have <strong>strong soft skills</strong> to be able to relate to different people on a daily basis.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;">Excellent project management abilities, the capacity to multitask successfully and excellent <strong>communications</strong> <strong>skills.</strong></li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;">Capacity to <strong>collaborate</strong> across <strong>functional</strong> <strong>lines</strong>, working hard, being versatile and ready to adapt to changes or new activities.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;">You have a good command of the Office package.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;"><strong>English</strong> and <strong>Italian</strong> at a professional level is required.</li><li style="text-align:justify;font-size:14px;font-weight:bold;"><strong>Spanish is a plus.</strong></li></ul>
