THE ROLE
We are looking for a Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Food Safety and Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all food and safety activities, submitting reports of findings, and ensuring the correct usage of all products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure the control procedures are being used for food safety, sanitation, cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies and assist in maintaining this supply system.
Coordinate all food safety and sanitation activities with management team.
Coordinate all warehousing activities with management team.
Receive store and distribute supplies and equipment in large, centralized warehousing operations.
Use storage systems, policies and procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiency of space and storage areas in warehousing operations.
Submit reports of damage, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of goods to vendor, etc.
Responsible for maintaining temperature, food safety, receiving and sanitation logs.
Assist with the administrative tasks of inventory, invoicing and warehouse related ordering.
Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, over shipments or to arrange for emergency shipments or requisitions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs
Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium events
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs and elevator
