We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our finance team.
In this role, you will act as a trusted financial partner, working closely with various departments to support strategic decision-making, deliver key financial insights, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Responsibilitis

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue and financial reports for key stakeholders and management
• Analyze budget vs. actual results and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring revenue accuracy and data integrity
• Support annual budget planning and forecasting processes across departments
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support cross-functional and corporate initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, HR, MIS, and BI teams
• Maintain and manage financial databases, systems, and reporting tools
• Assist in creating and delivering periodic financial summaries and presentations to senior management
• Monitor and review financial requests related to headcount, position changes, and new roles
• Drive process improvements and contribute to automation and standardization efforts within FP&A

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a global or fast-paced company
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-starter with high motivation, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of ownership
• Experience working with Oracle EPM/ERP – advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools – advantage
