For our expanding Functionality QA service line, we're seeking a Global Recruitment Manager. This role will develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy tailored to the specific requirements of the QA domain, ensuring Keywords Studios continues to onboard top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy for the Functionality QA Service Line that is consistent with Keywords Studios' objectives and industry demands.
  • Manage a global recruitment team, ensuring performance metrics and growth targets are met.
  • Collaborate with Functionality QA leadership to understand and meet staffing requirements.
  • Establish recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment platforms and metrics to drive decisions and evaluate recruitment performance.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the Keywords brand for FQA recruitment activities on recruitment sites.
  • Prioritize diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated with global talent trends in the gaming and recruitment industries to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field an asset.
  • 7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on mass recruitment, preferably within the gaming or QA sectors.
  • Demonstrable expertise in using recruitment tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources would be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Skills in developing and executing global recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Effective communication skills suitable for a global team and diverse candidate pool.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Understanding of international employment laws and best practices, especially in the gaming sector.
