<div><span style="font-size: 11pt;">We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented&nbsp;</span><strong style="font-size: 11pt;">Mid-Weight Designer</strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> to support our Art Director in producing </span><strong style="font-size: 11pt;">high-volume static assets</strong><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> across digital and social platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who works quickly without sacrificing quality, is comfortable following established brand guidelines, and enjoys contributing fresh visual ideas.</span></div>

Responsibilities

• </b></br><div>
• <li>Create high-quality static graphics for social, web, and marketing channels</li>
• <li>Work closely with our Art Director to bring the A2A brand to life</li>
• <li>Follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas</li>
• <li>Work within templates and repeatable workflows to deliver at scale</li>
• <li>Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced startup environment</li>
• <li>Stay organized and maintain clean file structures for easy handoffs</li>

Qualifications

• </b></br><div>
• <li><strong>2–4 years</strong> of graphic design experience</li>
• <li>Strong skills in <strong>layout, typography, and visual design</strong></li>
• <li>Proficiency in <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong> (Photoshop + Illustrator); Figma is a plus</li>
• <li>Comfortable with high-volume production work</li>
• <li>Excellent attention to detail and organization</li>
• <li>A portfolio showcasing strong static design work</li>
