As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, and the overall success of guest experiences. You will lead, motivate, and train staff, ensuring that all procedures and standards are adhered to in line with company policies. Your key role will be to provide leadership during peak service periods, monitor staff performance, and address any operational challenges promptly. You will also collaborate closely with management to meet business goals and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the front of house team to deliver outstanding service to all guests.
Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and adhering to company service standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all areas of the front of house.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth communication and efficient service during busy times.
Monitor stock levels for front of house supplies, manage inventory, and place orders as needed.
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on front of house operations, sales, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
