As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front of house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth workflow, and the overall success of guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the front of house team to deliver outstanding service to all guests.

Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and adhering to company service standards.

Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and task delegation.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
