Bowling Crew is a new casual competitive online game that gives players the chance to take on each other in fantastic bowling alleys.

The project has been successfully launched on iOS and Android, and despite the recent release, it is already played by millions of players around the world.

Now the Bowling Crew is small (about 20 people), but we have big plans for the development of the project, in connection with which we are starting to search for a specialist for the position of Game Designer.

What will you do?

• Development of game mechanics and features (concept, balance calculation, settings, metrics analysis, UI layouts
• Support for the implementation of features
• Integration and customization of content
• Creating and maintaining documentation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a game designer on a game project for mobile platforms for 2+ years
• Understanding and operating the basics: game cycles, balance, monetization, game analytics metrics, etc.
• Understanding the principles of building game mechanics for mobile, browser, and social games
• Clear formulation of your thoughts in the form of concept documents and design documents
• Experience in maintaining a released mobile, browser, and social game
• Attention to details.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Understanding of the live operations cycle for the f2p mobile games
• Great gaming experience, preferably on different platforms
• Experience in Unity3D
• Experience in UI/UX design
• Tech Game Designer experience.
