We are currently looking for a numbers-oriented Game Designer to join our ranks. You will be participating in the development of Empires & Puzzles and/or our future projects. More specifically, you will be a part of the core game development team and will design new features and content for our games - everything from heroes and their special skills to events and event rewards - maintaining a good balance of all elements and their relations to make player choices worthwhile and create an enjoyable player experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Designing new features, content & in-game offers
• Balancing characters, levels and other game elements 
• Collaborating with other game designers, programmers, artists and QA specialists of your team

Here are some other things that would make you our ideal candidate:

• Relevant educational background and/or previous experience in game design
• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience of using Excel
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of free-to-play (F2P) mechanics
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for games
