Wargaming is looking for a talented Game Designer to work on our worldwide project World of Warships, PC. The position is opened in our Meta Department. We are the strong team with good professionals at the different areas. Our aim is to deliver best MMO Action game for our players.

Work in our Belgrade office, we support with relocation.

What will you do?

• Generate ideas for the development of the World of Warships project
• Create and maintain design documentation for new and existing features
• Organize the production processes of individual features from idea to release: write technical specifications, set tasks and monitor their execution
• Organize and moderate meetings and brainstorms
• Conduct analytics of released features, process data, build hypotheses and propose solutions to problems

What are we looking for?

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a team of game designers on a midcore/hardcore project
• Be able to write clear and structured design documents
• Be able to present your ideas convincingly to colleagues
• English - B2 and higher, Russian - B2 and higher

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Have experience working on a PC project
• Have experience playing World of Warships.
• Have an extensive and diverse gaming experience
• Have experience working with game analytics on a released project
• Narrative writing experience
• Have a basic knowledge of naval military history
• Be confident in mathematics (statistics, probability theory)
• Have experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Be able to use Python at the level of reading and understanding the general structure of the code
• Be able to use Excel, be able to both process information and present it in the form of accessible infographics
