Job Description

As a Game Producer, you’ll lead passionate cross-functional teams in crafting creative content and incredible experiences for players around the world. By encouraging teams to collaborate, you’ll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving products into players’ hands. You’ll exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, improve, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.

In your application, you will select which product you prefer to apply for:

2XKO: 2XKO is our new fighting game that went live in 2025. As a Game Producer Intern, you will report to a Game Producer to help our production efforts in bringing new features and improvements to our live game. You also will partner with developers and internal stakeholders on 2XKO to help ensure that the team is set up for success at every stage of feature development. In this role you will have the opportunity to participate in phases of development from prototype to production and beyond as a member of the production team. 

Teamfight Tactics: As a Game Production Intern on Teamfight Tactics, you will report to a Game Producer and will support production on one or more player facing projects during your time with us. Projects could span areas from game content production, to feature creation, to events, or even internal developer-facing projects.

You will get hands-on experience with and exposure to a broad swath of game production, from assisting with ceremonies like production discipline meetings and sprint ceremonies, to evaluating product results, leading team activities like brainstorming, communicating with stakeholders, and anything else required to ship world class features, content, and experiences to players.

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate team activities, including standups, reviews, and/or retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with other producers and leads to:
    • Develop roadmaps and future plans for our products.  
    • Support teams by applying best practices from Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or other 
  • Shadow other game production activities, including Events delivery, Content Production, Feature Development etc.
  • Work with Art, Design, Engineering & QA to ensure team members from those disciplines are set up for success on your project 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college, university or non-degree program 
  • Graduating during the 2027 calendar year 
  • Available to work full-time hours for the 12 week internship duration
  • Authorized to work in the country that you reside in during this remote program.
  • Passion about game development and project leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Understanding or practical experience of application of Agile and Lean development process and practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field with equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Teamfight Tactics, 2XKO, or similar game genres

(Remote Only) The hourly rate for this internship is USD $39.28
