Job Responsibilities : We are looking for a Mobile Game Operations Intern to support day-to-day publishing and live operations across multiple mobile game projects.

The role will focus on in-game events, localization, QA, and operational execution, working closely with Product Managers, developers, marketing, and regional teams.

Responsibilities Support planning and execution of in-game events, promotions, and content updates.

Maintain event calendars and follow up on content and delivery timelines.

Support localization workflows, including text preparation, translation tracking, implementation checks, and LQA.

Conduct game QA and playtesting for new builds, features, events, and localized content.

Report, track, and follow up on bugs with developers and QA teams.

Support build and release preparation, including pre-launch and live update checks.

Monitor live game operations and escalate player-impacting issues.

Prepare operational reports, trackers, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.

Conduct competitor research and playtesting to identify improvements for events and live operations.

Explore AI and automation tools to improve localization, QA, reporting, and operational workflows.

Skills & Qualifications Strong interest in mobile games and Free-to-Play (F2P) games.

Good understanding of mobile games, in-game events, and player experience.

Detail-oriented with an interest in localization and game QA.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and project management tools.

Good command of English; additional SEA languages are a plus.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
