As Game Product Manager, Monetization on the VALORANT Mobile team, you'll help shape how players experience and engage with the game’s reward and monetization systems. You'll be the driving force behind patch-level reward design, pacing, and strategy—ensuring that both free and paid offerings feel intentional, compelling, and deeply player-focused.
This role is about bringing cohesion to the player's journey. You'll focus on making our progression and reward systems feel seamless and meaningful, helping players engage with the game in a way that feels rewarding while staying true to VALORANT’s high-stakes, competitive core. Working across disciplines and geos, you’ll bring together publishing beats, reward systems, and content delivery into a unified, elevated player experience.
As a Rioter in China, you'll join a team of culturally diverse professionals who share a passion for games and a commitment to putting players first.
