Reports To: 

Game Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the game design team to establish and execute the game design vision and ensure the quality of vehicle shooter games.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of vehicle shooter game mechanics, player dynamics, and game balance, actively contributing to their implementation and adjustment.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (programming, QA, art, etc.) for successful implementation of game features.
• Own continuous optimization and updates throughout the game's development cycle and post-launch phase.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of game design experience, including 2+ years as a Senior Game Designer. 
• Specialization in shooter games preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in successful shooter game projects.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play game design on mobile platforms.
• Proficient in both conceptual and practical aspects of game design, including gameplay mechanics, progression systems, monetization, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• In-depth understanding of player needs and preferences, with familiarity in game production and operation processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in working with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other relevant game engines.
• Previous experience working as a game designer in the vehicle shooter game category on mobile platforms.

• 对玩家需求和喜好有深入了解，并熟悉游戏制作和运营流程。
• 流利的英语和汉语读写和口语交流能力。

额外技能：

• 熟练掌握Unity、Unreal Engine或其他相关游戏引擎的使用。
• 在移动平台上从事载具射击游戏类别的游戏策划工作经验。
