THE ROLE 

We are looking for Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Gameday Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient services to guests in a variety of duties including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking, and providing great customer service. If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

• Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of amount owed.  

• Collects the proper money for transaction; processes credit card or collects cash and determines correct change for guests. 

• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift. 

• Provides customer service to guests by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products available for purchase. 

• Ensure that all fixtures are clean, stocked and tidy to deliver a full service. 

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed. 

• Ensure that the correct close down procedure is followed: all areas of the store are to be left clean, tidy and secure, ready for the next day’s service. 

• Assist with daily, weekly and month inventory as needed. 

• Provide guidance to inclusive of retail options and general information. 

• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.  

• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.  

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.  

• Other duties as assigned by management.  

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

• Must be 18 years of age or older 

• Verify patrons’ ID’s and open alcoholic beverages 

• Strong attention to detail.  

• Maintain cleanliness of areas, guest areas, and counters. 

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. 

• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others. 

•  Assist in opening and closing duties including set-up, breakdown 

COMPENSATION  

Competitive salary starting of $ 17 hour, plus 7% commission.
