Job Description

THE ROLE 

We are looking for Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Gameday Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for providing quick and efficient services to guests in a variety of duties including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking, and providing great customer service. If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment  

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, the New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

  • Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of amount owed 

  • Collects the proper money for transaction; processes credit card or collects cash and determines correct change for guests. 

  • Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift. 

  • Provides customer service to guests by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products available for purchase. 

  • Ensure that all fixtures are clean, stocked and tidy to deliver a full service. 

  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed. 

  • Ensure that the correct close down procedure is followed: all areas of the store are to be left clean, tidy and secure, ready for the next day’s service. 

  • Assist with daily, weekly and month inventory as needed. 

  • Provide guidance to inclusive of retail options and general information. 

  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.  

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.  

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.  

  • Other duties as assigned by management.  

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays) 

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.   • Must be 18 years of age or older 

  • Verify patrons’ ID’s and open alcoholic beverages 

  • Strong attention to detail.  

  • Maintain cleanliness of areas, guest areas, and counters. 

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. 

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others. 

  •  Assist in opening and closing duties including set-up, breakdown 

 

COMPENSATION  

Competitive salary starting of $ 17 hour, plus 7% commission.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 25-50 lbs.  

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.  

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.  

  • Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold
