As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a</span><strong style="font-size: 16px;"> Gameplay Programmer </strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.</span></div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br><div>

<li>Work on all aspects of systems of the game: engine features, gameplay, UI, audio, animation, scripting, tools.</li>

<li>Work closely together with the other departments to implement the needed game components;</li>

<li>Work together with almost all content creators to deliver required features;</li>

<li>Write robust, maintainable auto-testable code in TDD fashion;</li>

<li>Be an active participant in the design and production of the game — technical side of the creative team and first line of feedback;</li>

<li>Help scope features and advise on best ways to implement them;</li>

<li>Work within an international team on a daily basis, spread between multiple studios across the world.</li>

</div></br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>4+ years experience&nbsp;<strong>in C++;</strong></li>

<li>Excellent feel for RPG systems and gameplay in general;</li>

<li>Experience with commercial proprietary engines;</li>

<li>Open-minded, willing to experiment and iterate over a specific feature;</li>

<li>Concepts as state machines, pathfinding, AI routines should be second nature;</li>

<li>Ability to think like a designer to create compelling and fun game play;</li>

<li>Can easily communicate in English;</li>

<li>You are a team player and willing to take responsibility;</li>

<li>Passion for making and playing great games;</li>

<li>Excellent software design and problem-solving skills;</li>

<li>Excellent software debugging skills.</li>

<li>Excellent architectural skills.

Designing many parallel and gameplay systems is not a problem for you;</li>

<li>Game development experience.</li>

<li>This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.</li>
