As a Games Content Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting the Gaming Operations Manager in handling all gameplay checks in accordance with agreed SLA along with offering technical support to the wider scale business

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Responsible for handling all gameplay checks within SLAs and be the first POC for all internal and external gameplay related matters
• Work with the Supplier Relations Team, document and escalate any failings on suppliers to hit their obligations and process gameplay checks within reasonable timeframes
• Identify customer marginal playing strategies, escalate to relevant teams for investigation
• Investigate and take immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business
• Be the go-to person when we look for requirements to improve tools or systems 
• Assist with any other ad hoc Content related tasks to ensure the best possible product delivery
• May be assigned to on-call duty from time to time
• Offering technical support to both the gaming content team, the gaming projects team and the wider business

What we are looking for

• University level
• At Least 2 Years of iGaming Experience
• Understanding of Casino Games
