Business expansion

• Define and execute a holistic growth strategy to meaningfully expand the user base of OKX Web3 products, with a clear focus on outcompeting key rivals in key markets outside of Hong Kong
• Identify and prioritize growth levers across the Web3 ecosystem in multi-facted ways, with references to competitors' products, distribution strategy, and community
• Set OKRs, own the growth P&L, and report directly to senior leadership
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams in designing business expansion plans (e.g. partnerships and regional campaigns) with compliance boundaries in mind across key markets outside of Hong Kong

Web3 Partnerships

• Build strategic partnerships and relationships with key players in the ecosystem including crypto influencers, and community leaders across global markets (CT, Telegram, Discord, regional communities), market makers, and liquidity providers
• Identify and onboard key Web3 partners ahead of competitors with exclusive collaboration opportunities, building a network of ambassadors and global growth leads
• Design and run community-driven campaigns, trading competitions, and referral programs that convert engagement into sustained volume
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate market insights into structural advantages

Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, raising the bar on execution quality and output velocity
• Synthesize market intelligence to inform product roadmap and competitive positioning
• Define team OKRs and performance benchmarks tied directly to metrics of user activities
