Job Overview

We are looking for a Generalist Artist to work in World of WarshipsTeam in our office in Belgrade. Together with the team, you will create visual solutions for game events, full-screen background images and illustrations, game realistic objects, iconography, as well as animation and effects.

World of Warships game is a free-to-play naval action MMO that puts players in command of some of the most iconic ships in history. From agile destroyers to mighty battleships, players can choose from a variety of classes and nations as they battle it out on the high seas.

What will you do?

• Creation of concepts, implementation in 3D, and polishing of game objects used in the interface (separate objects based on real prototypes and based on concepts). Mid-poly models for rendering

• Drawing illustrations and background images used inside the game

• Creation of simplified miniatures from large art, as well as the ability to process details to display them correctly in smaller sizes

• Creation of accent elements of the interface (banners, iconography)

• Creation of interface animations and animations-effects

What are we looking for?

• Ability to draw full-fledged illustrations in 2D in a given style

• Knowledge of sculpting, the ability to accurately reproduce the concept

• 3D modeling and texturing skills

• Ability to adjust scenes for rendering (light, environment)

• Ability to work with iconography (pixel-perfect)

• Advanced Russian

• Intermediate English level or higher

• Readiness to work in Belgrade, Serbia - we support with relocation

Proficiency with tools:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• ZBrush

• Substance Painter

• Blender
