THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an Engagement Planning Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Milan

We’re looking for a talented Engagement Planning Specialist to work in Milan in our Europe Wellbeing Engagement team. Reporting to the Europe Wellbeing Engagement Team Lead, you will be a champion of the wellbeing agenda, sharing the Gympass mission with our end users and advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, suppliers, and third parties. This is a position inside our Enterprise team and responsible for executing our campaigns, events and communication plans.

YOUR IMPACT

There are three key responsibilities for a Wellbeing Engagement Specialist:

Campaign & Content Planning: 

  • Working alongside our Wellbeing Engagement team to create, plan and execute our campaigns for clients across DE 
  • Writing, reviewing & translating the supporting copy for campaigns
  • Coordination of the campaign assets and sharing with internal stakeholders 
  • Liaising and working closely with our design agency to brief projects, quality check assets and content and provide ongoing feedback  

Event Hosting & Coordination 

  • Hosting & preparing our online Gympass information webinars
  • Liaising with partners and future speakers
  • Attendance and registration analytics tracking 

Supporting our communication plans and projects for key clients in DE

  • Liaising and working closely with the DE Client Planners in the development of communication plans and projects for our key clients 
  • Implementing the client communication plans together with the agency and planner
  • Liaising and working closely with our design agency to brief projects, quality check assets and content and provide ongoing feedback
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

Who You Are

  • Familiarity and/or interest in the Wellbeing & Fitness industry in the DE 
  • Strong detail-orientation to ensure high quality work 
  • Strong organization skills and ability to successfully work on simultaneous tasks and projects, assuring that deadlines will be met
  • Strong communication skills (including clear and concise writing) and ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced work environment
  • Strong teamwork & influence skills, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • A positive can-do attitude who is willing to bring ideas to the table
  • Engaging presentation or event hosting style
  • Software experience (we use Zoom, Asana, Slack, G-suite, Adobe but experience in all these tools in not required as training will be provided)
  • Native German speaker and English proficiency

PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
