Job Description

Position Summary: This position will focus on the management and delivery of sponsorship partners, both at a local European & Middle East level and global level. This position will support driving renewals and upsells, therefore experience of sales and negotiations is advantageous and they will also be the key lead for delivering certain multi-partner events. The position will be based in London with some travel within Europe.     Main Responsibilities: Account management of approx. 4-6 local and global NBA marketing partners in the region, including the planning, management and  delivery of all contractual rights e.g. media plans, social content, marketing campaigns and event activations (including around EME Global Games) Create and maintain all working documents, e.g. partner status reports, event/campaign recaps, partner case studies and activation plans Work collaboratively with other internal NBA functions such as events, marketing, social/content, legal, finance amongst others, both in this region and globally, to facilitate all rights delivery. Support the Senior Director of Global Partnerships with all upsells and renewals of your specific NBA marketing partners.     REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE Five years plus experience managing partnerships within sports, music or entertainment sector Great attention to detail and analytical skills  Ability to think creatively and must be solution oriented A good communicator with excellent presentation skills Commercially minded and results driven Knowledge of the delivery of TV, digital and social campaigns would be an added benefit Ability to work well within a matrix organization Fluency in English plus one other European language is advantageous. Must be currently based in the UK, or have the ability to live in the UK without any sponsorship requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint       EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required
