We are hiring a Global Programs Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo

The Gympass Wellbeing Engagement team is currently searching for a Global Programs Specialist who will be focused on driving new one-off global initiatives to enhance clients’ adoption rates within a dynamic and cross-culture team. The Global Wellbeing Engagement Team objective is to create scalable solutions and impactful strategies that impact our client's engagement and adoption rates. 🌎 As a Global Team, we inspire, connect and bring references at the same time that we understand different realities and are close to the regional teams. We provide solutions that add value to clients keeping them engaged and transforming their journey with Gympass.


  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage your detail-oriented mindset and information-seeking competencies to analyze conversion data from various internal stakeholders and engagement programs implementations to clients. Your goal is to identify opportunities and pain points throughout conversion programs to propose improvements on processes and cross-functional engagement initiatives. 
  • Cross-Functional and Cultural Collaboration: By partnering with key stakeholders from different countries, you will play a pivotal role in gathering initiatives from diverse sources within Client Success, Value Management, Partners, Revenue Marketing and Product teams. Your ability to centralize this data will provide a unified view of conversion strategies across Gympass teams and leadership.
  • Engagement Strategies: build B2B2C global engagement strategies for new features, SKUs and initiatives combining different tools and insights to develop more autonomous and effective conversion programs throughout all the client journey that will impact regional teams relationship with clients;
  • Client-Centric Mindset: you will keep the client at the heart of every decision made during conversations and processes and will get closer to commercial teams from different regions to map scenarios and opportunities.
  • Team Enablement: you will develop internal and external decks and conduct presentations to enable our internal teams to implement action plans with their own clients.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.


  • 3+ years experience in business strategy, consumer and market insights, project and programs management;
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal);
  • Strong data analysis skills and capable of handling large datasets to generate actionable insights;
  • Experience in building reports, showcasing analytical mindset;
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills) to align expectations, clear goals and deadlines with key stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving within tight deadlines and time management, understanding the urgency and complexity of the activities and managing the execution accordingly;
  • Have a sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with an eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset;
  • Ability to adapt to new scenarios and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Google package, such as Google Sheets and Slides;
