About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk in our Manila site. This role will acknowledge and take receipt of all incoming, indirect goods and services. Working with the Sr. Business Operations and Integration Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with proper business processes and procedures. With a focus on results, the Receiving Clerk will support and drive progress ensuring timely processing of received products and services. While collaborating closely with all functional areas, this position will help with overall process and quality improvement in support of overall company productivity.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Acknowledge and take receipt of all incoming, indirect goods and services
• Identify/transact receipt in ERP system and, when appropriate, arrange for transportation to identified location
• Submit, file and maintain receipt records
• Responsible for system integrity in regards to all receipts
• Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers and quantity as required
• Interface with internal customers; requestor, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems relative to receipt and distribution of goods or services
• Coordinate internal receipt pickup and internal delivery service, as required
• Collaborate with various internal and external groups to coordinate return shipments
• Set up new suppliers in ERP system (QAD)
• Assist with other Business Operations and Integration projects, as needed
• Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships with Accounts Payable, Production, Intake, Materials, Shipping, Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Facilities and Customer Care

About You

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping and receiving role
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing, medical device or other related environment
• Experience with an ERP system (QAD ERP is a plus)
• Experience with scanning equipment
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft suite
• Self-starter, fast learner, and strong collaborator: there is no job too big or too small if it contributes to the company’s goals and makes our business better
• Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech experience; understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy is a plus.
