We are actively searching for a Governance Manager to focus on Customer & Partner Experience (CPX) operational transformation and efficiency in support of our continued effort to scale and further advance our customers’ and partners’ experience. 

As a Governance Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of common global business rules and data standards within CPX Ops. You will also develop and implement the processes, working practices & tools required to enable strong command & control of the Governance function across the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for data management, access controls, and usage.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the organisation.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a central data repository, ensuring data accessibility and discoverability for authorised users.
  • Drive process and workflow standardisation to enable seamless operational execution in a globally distributed customer and partner facing organisation.
  • Define, document, organise and improve standards (common minimum, gold/aspirational, local/regional/global, etc.), SOPs, guidelines, templates, playbooks, and other Standards.
  • Lead a disciplined, efficient and well-communicated process for managing ongoing modifications and improvements to Standards, leveraging logging and tracking tools.
  • Ensure the impact & benefit of proposed Standards modification is well-articulated and understood, and enable training and documentation to ensure Standards compliance.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years overall experience in business operations, CX, or other related experience working with or within GTM teams.
  • At least 4 years of experience in document control, process documentation and procedural materials for both internal and external (customer/partner) use.
  • Superior documentation and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • BONUS POINTS:
  • Experience working within the B2B technology industry.
  • Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
