The role
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Lead to join our team. This is an exciting time in Numan’s history as we look to evolve our identity, and strengthen our brand purpose, and are looking for the right creative talent to help bring this to life across every touchpoint.
At the same time, we’re looking to broaden our product offering and create new types of campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in graphic design, who has demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, and is looking to take on a leadership role, whilst also remaining hands on.
You will:Lead the design direction of the Numan brand, creating campaign identities and guidelines across key categories and strategic new launches.Be in charge of elevating the patient experience, including reimagining our packaging.Work closely with the Product Design team to ensure our website and app are design-led, bringing a cohesive brand experience to the patient. Move us in front of the competition and set us up to deliver creative excellence by embracing new technologies and evolving our workflows.Mentor and develop a Graphic Designer, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow in their role.Provide hands-on graphic design work for high-priority projects.We’re looking for someone who has:Previously been in a Lead Graphic Design role, leading design teams across multiple styles, brands, and disciplines. A portfolio that demonstrates consistently strong design work, with a standout piece that showcases your creative thinking and execution above and beyond the norm. Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex design challenges, with a track record of producing innovative, high-impact results.Strong ability in retouching imagery.Experience working across a variety of design mediums, including print, digital, direct mail. A proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, while accepting feedback gracefully and iterating designs to reach the best end result.Excellent proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Figma.
