Graphic Designer’s role at Dialogue

Reporting to Elise Plante Barriault, Brand Marketing Manager, the mission of the Graphic Designer is to create compelling visuals that inspire and captivate our audiences. You will also work closely with our Brand designer and the entire marketing team to create the needed graphic designs to drive demand and close business.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Implement the Dialogue brand guidelines effectively across multiple channels and mediums, supporting many internal and external projects
• Design and execute visual and creative elements for new marketing campaigns, sales assets, and other visual communications
• Support our revenue growth by creating engaging and visually appealing sales pitches in Google Slides 
• Keep up with the latest trends in various fields (web, digital products, design, arts, technology)
• Be a vocal and visible leader within the company around the consistent application of our brand guidelines in all external touchpoints

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and web design work
• A good comprehension of UX/UI fundamentals
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or a similar tool)
• A passionate, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that makes others LOVE working with you
• An outstanding time management and multitasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of autonomy
• A pixel-perfect detail-oriented personality
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a strong asset
