We're looking for a Group Product Manager to take ownership of our Player Accounts teams. You’ll work closely with our VP of Product, and internal cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.

What you’ll do:

Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our customers
Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding, payments, Responsible Gaming, compliance, and account management.
Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery, including managing the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.
Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
Identify opportunities to innovate and improve products, while ensuring a best-in-class user experience for existing features.
Manage a small team of product managers who also focus on the sub-teams within Player Accounts

What you have:

7+ years of experience in product management along with experience in leading and mentoring teams
Ability to step in and begin managing three PMs while growing the team with new hires throughout the year
A focus on learning fast via experimentation
Experience working with internal compliance and payments teams
Obsession with new member onboarding and driving conversion
Worked on payments infrastructure and UX optimization
Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores)

What makes you stand out:

Experience working closely with stakeholders in compliance, payments, and/or Responsible Gaming
Background driving experimentation and partnering with Analytics/Data Science
Great coaching skills to level up our existing Product teams
Obsessive about sports and/or gaming

Where you’ll live:

While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates.
