Your daily pitch:

In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of the dynamic financial landscape, overseeing critical tasks involving banks, PSPs, and financial institutions. Your mission? Mastermind the Group's Cash Flow Management and spearhead intricate, high-stakes setups for banking and PSP processes.

Your playing field: 

• Communicate effectively with banks and financial institutions and oversee relationships with existing and prospective connections with the aim of maintaining a holistic banking base for the Group 
• Drive the daily cash flow management and prepare the company’s daily inflow and outflow of cash as may be required for company operations including legal and banking documentation requirements 
• Manage debt servicing including monitoring of financial covenants, payment planning, guarantee handling and interest risk hedging 
• Prepare and maintain group cash flow reporting and forecasting as per management and banking requirements, including compliance reporting and facility interest cost margin 
• Establish the Group treasury policy with the aim of achieving a standardised group cash management practice  
• Review treasury files such as banks and third-party statements necessary for reporting and control 

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Expertise. Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance.  ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is essential.
• Experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in treasury operations managing a team with a solid accounting and financial management technical skills and background. Excellent knowledge of cash flow analysis, facility and credit risk management is also crucial. 
• Operations. Knowledge of Payment Service Provider operations is important for this role. 
• Industry. Experience in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry would be beneficial. 
• Communication. Communication is key for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are also very important. 
• Analytical. Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills are important for this role. 
• Language. Our main language is English at Tipico, and therefore professional proficiency in both oral and written is essential for this role. Maltese would be desirable.
• Software. Use of software tools is important and therefore strong knowledge in MS applications, especially Excel is important. Knowledge of banking software or systems and payment operations is also important.
