Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Growth Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
