WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Owning Gymshark’s female ‘Point of View’ on Lifting, Conditioning, Fashion x Fitness and Youth Culture, feeding that in at key stages in the GTM process.
• Educating other departments and holding the organisation accountable to understand and work towards a single source of truth as it pertains to the female audience segment.
• Work with broader brand and marketing teams to define focus areas from brand & customer insights.
• Be the champion of the female consumer and enable other departments to better understand their wants and needs. (Product team, Creative team etc.)
• Understand women’s-specific commercial performance and challenges globally
• Track macro trends and ideate on how these insights can enable ‘Gymshark’s women’s’ growth
• Identify opportunities in the female market and collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate solutions that enhance the financial performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports & peers
• Extensive experience in leadership & change management
• An energetic, tenacious, results-orientated approach
• Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional global teams with diverse skill sets
• Passion for growing the women’s business and have a genuine interest in developing yourself
• Experience in building, mentoring and coaching people, driving a high-performance culture
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear goals, operational requirements and measurements
• Gravitas and confidence to gain credibility and respect of the Executive Team
• Demonstrated good judgment in resource utilisation and optimisation and delegating when appropriate
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively & drive innovation

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull or GSLN London UK.
