The Head of Business Operations oversees the local commercial, operations, and product teams, develops and connects cross-functional tasks to assure growth and prosperity. It coordinates operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. It assures data and an overview of the business in forms of data and numbers are regularly given to the managing director.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.

• Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

• Organise and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.

• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.

• Gather, analyse, and interpret external and internal data and write reports.

• Assess overall company performance against objectives.

What we are looking for

· 3+ years in a similar role and 5+ years in the iGaming industry, operating at a senior level.

· Strong analytical skills; data‑driven and KPI‑focused decision‑making

· Fluent in English

· Proactive, hands‑on leader with a proven track record of motivating and managing high‑performing teams

· Comprehensive knowledge of all marketing channels (ATL, digital, performance, content) with proven experience in planning and executing campaigns.

· Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and customer value
